		<description>You might not drink water in its purest form, but you do take in water in other forms.  You drink Crystal Light = made with water, coffee = made with water, latte = made with a fluid that is not dissimilar to water.

The &quot;pure water&quot; crap comes from the bottled water companies who jumped on the bandwagon a number of years ago when we were all told to drink at least 8 glasses a day.  Everything you drink generally has a water type substance at the base of it.  The water companies don&#039;t want you to know that!</description>

		<description>Love what Dave has to say.  He&#039;s very eloquent, I love that about him.  That said, while I&#039;m sure his way/system works for him, &quot;chasing the numbers&quot; works for me.  My doctor told me that I had to lose 60 lbs before getting pregnant or there&#039;d be serious health risks for me and the baby.  Weight Watchers tells you that if you lose 10% of your body weight you improve your BMI by X amount.  Etc.  Numbers help me with my goal.  However, I do like Dave&#039;s system of tracking weight gain since birth.  I&#039;m going to add that to my post next week :-)  5lbs, 8oz</description>
